ReplyDeleteMy mom is one of the strongest people I know. The amount of things she does for my siblings and I on top of being a nurse during COVID is crazy. My mom plays an important role in my life. Whether it's giving advice about something, teaching me how to cook and teaching me lessons. My mom and I have gotten much closer during the pandemic. While my siblings are at my dads, my mom and I bond by watching our tv show together, cooking supper and talking. This mother's day, I'm planning on waking up early and making my mom breakfast in bed. We will open up her gift and spend the day as a family together.

DeleteMy mother is my role-model. She’s the most empathetic and kind person I know. My mom is a teacher that teaches french to grades 1 and 2. With COVID, it has been really hard for her at work, especially since she works with kids with special needs. She’s the first person I think of talking to when something is wrong, or if I need help. My mom and I have always been really close, but quarantine really gave us an opportunity to get even closer. On Mothers Day, my family and I are going to make her a nice breakfast and give her some presents and spend the day all together.

DeleteMy mom is really fun and amazing. She takes care of me and my three other siblings like it is nothing. She makes parenting look easy. She plays an important role in my life and she has taught me many things and she remebers everything. I have a grabage memory but my mom remebers things for me and saves me constantly. During quarantine, I have gotten a lot closer to my mother and we have been able to spend a lot more time with each other. On Mothers Day, my siblings and I will make it the best day of her life. We will make her breakfast in bed and pick up food from her favourite restaurant. We will also spend the whole day together and give her tons of presents. My mother is great and she is a big part of my life.

DeleteMy mom is pretty cool, she plays an important role in my life. She pays for a lot of my things and helps me with things I'm not good at. Because of the pandemic my mom works from home so I see her more than I did when she was at work all the time. I have always been pretty close to my mother so during quarantine I don't think we have gotten any closer. Our only mothers day tradition is that we go to my moms favorite restaurant for dinner and my dad makes crepes for breakfast.

DeleteMy mother is a very nice and caring person, with a fun personality, and an empathetic heart. She is the nicest person I have ever encountered in my life. She takes extremely good care of myself, and my siblings, and almost always has something interesting to say. Of course she makes corny puns as well, but that helps make her personality. She is also a vert talented cook. And she's been home most of the time, because of the virus, so she has more time on her hands, more time to relax, if she needs to. Well, of course it is customary to wish her a happy mothers day. Then we will cook her meal and watch a movie of her choosing. Unfortunately, our options of activities has been cut very short, because of new variants, and other things. So we don't have much to work with.

DeleteMy mom’s a beast, she’s gone through so much in her life and still keeps on going, I love her. When she was 18 she moved to Canada alone, without knowing a single word in english. She capitalized on her opportunity, she went through school, got a degree and then she met my father. She gave birth to me and my 3 sisters and after the last one she didn’t like that she was out of shape. She started running and now she does iron man triathlons. She plays a huge role in my life, when I need advice, she’s there. She even taught me how to cook. During quarantine I did get a lot closer with my mom because she was home more often so we talked more. I’m not sure what we are planning on doing for my mom on mother’s day but it will probably be something really cool. I love you mom!

DeleteMy mom is one of my favourite people. She raised my sister and I and always came through to give us the world. Ever since I was young she's always been by my side. She encourages me to be the best person I can be and supports me through everything. She's been to all my dance competitions and shows even the ones that started early in the morning. When she was my age she wasn't as fortunate. She spent many years living in the Philippines where she's seen a lot. She's done so much for my family. There's nothing I can do pay her back but every day I make it known that I appreciate her.

ReplyDeleteMy mom is a pretty good mom. She has a pretty daunting task of taking on 4 teenage boys 24/7. She plays the role of a mother in my life, she does a lot of stuff a mother would do and I'm happy about that. My mom and I were always close, I think that being the youngest sibling makes her want to tell me things about my brothers, and because she want's to keep me as her "baby" forever. Normally I acknowledge mothers day by giving her breakfast in bed, some orchids because those are her favorite flowers, and I'll make her a card.
ReplyDeleteMy moms pretty great. She plays a big role in my life, seeing that she basically raised me and my sister herself for most of our life. She taught me almost everything I know about cooking and she’s always been there for me no matter what. I wish I could say that Covid actually brought us closer together, but I honestly think it just made us get into more arguments and fights, since we were stuck together all day everyday, we have definitely started getting along better now that I’ve started going to school. For mothers day, I bought her a gift card to lululemon and I’ll probably end up helping my younger siblings set up a treasure hunt for her.

Deletemy mom is probably the most amazing person I've ever met. Everything she does blows me away, from growing up with almost nothing in the slums of manila where she had a very rough childhood, to being able to move to canada as an immigrant and take care of her family, she is the most selfless, hard working person I know. My mom is a healthcare worker and it was a very rough year for her, she works so hard and I respect her so much for being able to work through this year. Despite all that she still manages to have time for me and take care of her family, she always pushes me to do better and even when i fall down she always helps me get back up. I have so much love and respect for her because of everything she's gone through and everything she does. Every year i always get her flowers and make her a card, we usually get cake and eat out too.

DeleteWell my family doesn't really celebrate Mother's or Father's day but during that day, I will be more kind to her and not be as annoying as I already am to her. She has played a big role of who I am today and I think without her, I wouldn't be as good in school and who I am in general. She always makes sure I am doing my work and takes care of the most out of everyone in my family. My mom has always done her job at home, so it was the same thing when quarantine hit. I have been doing more work for her recently but other than that, I think everyone's mothers are essential on who they are.

DeleteMy mother is the nicest person I have met. She is always there for me and helps me when I need it. My mom plays a huge role in my life. She really shaped me into who I am today and has taught me many valuable lessons. I think that I have gotten closer to my mom during quarantine. We played games, gone on walks, and have done many other fun activities together. For mother's day, we don't have anything planned so far because of covid, but we will probably have a nice dinner at home and give her some gifts to show her how much we appreciate her for all the things she has done for us.

DeleteMy mom is a great influence on me. She always tries to do what's best for my brother and I. Once you get to know her, you won't regret meeting her and she'll have a great impact on your life. Her life is to help others and she does it everyday. My mom and I have always been close. During quarantine, we spent a lot of time together, even though she worked a lot. We have a great relationship that a lot of people wish for and that I'm lucky to have. We don't really have anything planned for mother's day, but my brother and I are planning to get her some gifts to just show our appreciation for her.

My mom and I have always been close but covid definitely brought us even closer. For mothers day we’re planning to make a special dinner and give her presents.
ReplyDeleteThere are no words to describe the respect I have for my mother. She is generous, kind, intelligent, and most of all, resilient. She is a healthcare worker and despite being overloaded with work, she is still able to keep a smile on her face. I just don't know how she does it. My mom has always been there to guide me since day one, and I am forever grateful for that. Without her, I don't know where I would be in life. Throughout the quarantine my mom and I have bonded so much more, going on walks, playing games, watching movies, and doing all sorts of other fun stuff. For Mother's Day, we are going to make her a special dinner, buy her presents, and let her pick a movie we will watch that night.
ReplyDeleteI honestly don't think I could've asked for a better mom because I don't think I can find one flaw in her as a parent. My mom has always been there for me and my brother and has helped us with everything. She's the one that did homework with me when I was younger and makes school lunches for me and my brother every school day. I think me and my mom are pretty close so I haven't really taken the pandemic and a reason to try to get closer to her but I still do think that were pretty close.
ReplyDeleteI would not know what to do without my mom. She is vary loving, caring, strong, and beautiful. She takes lots of care of my sister and I, and always teaches us new things everyday, as she knows best. She plays a very big role in my life, as she is the one who would do everything for us. Although we did get closer over the pandemic, we were always very close, and it did kind of help us. For Mothers Day, we will celebrate (at a distance) with my cousins and my grandparents.

DeleteMy mom is very kind and she loves her family a lot! She may bug everyone to do chores and other stuff but I think that that's necessary for a good parent. She is also very tall, like 6,2 ft. But I love that because it reminds me that shes my mom and that i'm the one that needs to look upwards to look her in the eye. My mom plays a huge role in my life because she is very supportive and teaches me things. She also pushes me to continue when I don't want to do anything. I couldn't imagine life without her. I think that it would be hard not to get closer during quarantine because we are together more often than not. But to be honest, if it weren't for this blog I probably would have forgot that its mothers day this weekend, so now that I think about it I guess my family will make a nice meal for her and clean the house, because she always complains its too messy. I think its fines this way, but whatever makes her happy I guess.

DeleteMy mom is one of the strongest people I know. She always has my sister and I interest at heart. She always finds time to drive us to activities and help us with homework even though she has a crazy work schedule. My mom was once a single mom raising two hectic children all by herself. We maybe not show our love and affection to her all the time but she is the glue that holds our family together whether it's planning our evenings or waking up early to make us our lunches. Since my mom works from home everyday and I am home for half of the schools days we have got super close. She can be tough sometimes, its for the best.

DeleteMy mother is an intelligent, generous, and hardworking person. She had sacrificed so much for this family that I couldn't even describe. When she was young, she had been through a lot, and it didn't become an obstacle for her because it only made her stronger. My mom plays a huge role in my life. She always supports me in everything I do and helps me when I'm stuck. I definitely got closer with my mom during quarantine because she usually comes home late from work or sometimes, she has a business trip when she has to leave for about 2 to 3 days, but that doesn't happen too often, but still, I wish she could take a break and spend time with the family. I'm proud to call her my mother! My plan for mother's day is to make her a card and breakfast.

DeleteMy mom is pretty awesome. but we easily annoy each other. She plays a role in comforting me and since I dont have siblings, I sometimes treat her as one. :) The quarentine made us annoy each other more easily. but I see her more or less the same amount, since she is a health care worker. I love her but it is hard to know how to show it sometimes... Happy mother's day!

DeleteMy mom is the one person in my life that has been supportive of me no matter what I do or what mistakes I made. She is a beautiful, intelligent, overall awesome human being. She has been here for all my life and always does the maximum effort to care for me and my brother. During this quarintine period she has always been by my side no matter what happened. We would sit together and watch alot of movies together even if she didn't like them she would always sit right next to me and watch them. I love her so much but sometimes I take that for granted and do things I shouldn't with her love which makes me feel like shit. I love my mom and I wish all of your mothers a happy mothers day.

DeleteMy mom has always been one of the most supportive people in my life. She helps me with school work and encourages me to try everything in life. She has always been a role model in my life and taught me so much. She is a perfectionist that makes me do everything to the max I can even though I am quite the lazy kid. She pushes me to be the greatest me I can be. I take what she does for granted so many times and I will have to start thanking her more often. In all reality, I love my mom so much and wish her a fantastic Mother's Day.

DeleteMy mom is my number 1 supporter, and I usedto rely on her for everything, which I imagine must have been extremely hard, I have learned over my years to do things like homework and school to the best of my ability, so as to make her happy, because I know that it's the number one one thing that she wants for me; a good solid job after a good education. Even though her rules get all annoying, and I look for ways to break them all the time, I have all the respect in the world for her, and I owe all of my successes to her, for bringing me into this world, and helping me to grow in it aswell.
ReplyDeleteIn my life my mother is my best friend in all scenarios because we both connect with each other the most out of all my family members.We always seem to have fun together even when were doing dishes or vacuuming the house or even sweeping,we just blast the music to the loudest while were dancing awkwardly along to it. During the pandemic I got to know my mother a little better and got to learn a little bit of her past. She was an absolute party animal.She used to always be going out with my uncles or her friends to clubs and riding on motorcycles. Tomorrow is mothers day but it also my birthday so we gonna share that day together by going outside and probably stopping by my grandma to say hi from a distance. After that I think me and her are gonna go shopping even though I ma not the greatest fan of it but Ill tag along.

DeleteTo be honest neither of my parents are around much, therefore I don't really get to spend a lot of time with my mom. I know she cares about me and loves me but our family always has things going on so we just don't get that much one on one time. Although during quarantine we did get closer. My mom loves to have fun and she loves to pretend she's still 25. She likes to party and laugh. I am planning on buying my mom flowers and bringing her breakfeast in bead. We also bought her some jewelry and made her cards. Me and mom also planned on getting our nails done later in the day.
